Working at Transport for the North
We’re a small organisation that works right across the North. You’ll work with experts in transport planning, modelling, data and policy. You’ll also collaborate closely with combined authorities, government and industry partners. Together, we help plan and deliver investment to unlock economic growth across the North.
We value different perspectives and believe better decisions come from inclusive teams. We work hard to create a respectful, supportive environment where everyone feels able to contribute. This is supported by our diversity policy and action plan — if you’d like a copy, please get in touch.
Our ways of working are designed around our people. We offer flexibility, trust and autonomy, so you can work in a way that suits you while delivering impact where it matters most.
